Pure Gumbi shipping service usually takes between 3-10 business days to most areas.
Shipping is a no signature required service**. This means that the Postie will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Pure Gumbi Gumbi takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend you choose to use Australia Posts Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker free service.
All glass items are wrapped with protective material and placed into a suitable size box/satchel. Any gaps in package are filled with void fill or recycled paper, ensuring that there is no movement within the package.
While breakages are extremely rare, however, due to the fragile nature of glass products, unfortunately, breakages can sometimes happen. If a product arrives broken, you MUST message us immediately. An image of the broken product must be provided within 3 days of accepting delivery. The image must clearly show the damaged product and a replacement will be promptly posted out to you or upon your request a full refund is issued. Reporting of broken goods without images or after 5 days of delivery will NOT be accepted.
What happens if I order during a closing period?
Your order will be successfully recorded and received. A confirmation email will be sent stating this. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as Pure Gumbi reopens.
How do I know my order is shipped?
Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and dispatch department. The items are personally enclosed safely in an envelope/satchel/box.
We will email you a confirmation containing what you ordered and that your order has been completed and dispatched. All Pure Gumbi orders are usually shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed, outside weekends and public holidays. A tracking number can be provided upon request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please select International Postage with your order to include the International Postage cost.
Will my order incur customs charges?
Some overseas orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Pure Gumbi does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
The first thing to do is contact us at Pure Gumby and either we or you will contact the carrier depending on the location, your order and situation.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
Do you deliver to PO Box Address?
We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia and Internationally.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
